Step 1: We reach out to you
After you're approved, someone from our team will contact you — usually by text message or phone call. We'll confirm your approval, go over what phones are available in your budget, and answer any questions you have.
This usually happens within a few hours of your application, but sometimes it can take up to 24 hours depending on when you applied. If you applied late at night or on a weekend, you'll hear from us the next business day.
Step 2: Pick your phone
Once we connect, you'll choose the phone you want. We carry iPhones, Samsung Galaxy phones, Google Pixels, and more. We'll tell you exactly what the weekly payment will be for each option so you can pick what fits your budget.
Most customers pay between $25 and $50 per week depending on the phone model. We'll be upfront about the total cost and how many weeks until it's fully paid off.
Step 3: Pay your $50 down payment
Once you've picked your phone, you'll pay the $50 down payment. We accept cash (in-store), debit/credit card, Zelle, and Cash App. That's the only upfront cost — no activation fees, no hidden charges, no setup fees.
Step 4: Get your phone
You have two options for getting your phone:
- Pick up in store: Come to our shop at 6571 Pearl Rd in Parma Heights. We'll have it ready for you. We can even help you set it up and transfer your data while you're here.
- Shipped to your door: We ship to all 50 states. Your phone typically arrives within 2-3 business days with tracking. We'll send you the tracking number as soon as it ships.
Step 5: Start making payments
Your first weekly payment is due one week after you receive the phone. We'll set you up with access to our payment portal where you can make payments online. You'll also get text reminders before each payment is due so nothing sneaks up on you.
Keep making your weekly payments and the phone is yours once it's paid off — usually about 5-6 months. You can pay it off early anytime with no extra fees.
