Absolutely. Even though our store is in Parma Heights, Ohio, we ship lease-to-own phones to all 50 states. A huge chunk of our customers aren't local — they found us on Facebook, applied online, and had a phone at their door within a few days.
How the online process works
Whether you're in Texas, Florida, California, or anywhere else, the process is simple:
- Apply online — fill out our short application on our website. It takes about 5 minutes. We ask for your name, contact info, the phone you want, and proof of income.
- Get approved — no credit check. We review your application and get back to you quickly, usually within a few hours during business hours.
- Pay your $50 down payment — we accept debit cards, Cash App, Zelle, and other payment methods online.
- We ship your phone — once your down payment clears, we package and ship your device with tracking.
- Receive and activate — your phone arrives, you pop in your SIM card, and you're good to go.
How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days after your down payment is received. Delivery typically takes 2-4 business days depending on where you are in the country. So from the time you apply to the time the phone is in your hands, you're looking at about 3-6 days total.
Every shipment includes tracking information so you can follow your package the whole way. We'll text or email you the tracking number as soon as it ships.
How do I make payments if I'm not local?
Weekly payments are handled remotely — you don't need to come to our store. Here's how most of our out-of-state customers pay:
- Online payment portal — log in and pay with your debit card
- Cash App — send your weekly payment directly
- Zelle — instant bank transfer
- Debit card on file — we can set up automatic weekly charges so you never miss a payment
The most popular option is setting up auto-pay so you don't have to think about it every week. Your payment comes out automatically, and you get a confirmation each time.
What if something goes wrong with the phone?
If you have an issue with your device — something isn't working right, you have questions about your lease, or you need to discuss your payments — just call us at (440) 306-3486. We handle everything over the phone and by text.
If the phone has a hardware issue, we'll work with you on a solution. Depending on the situation, we may have you ship it back for a replacement or repair. We take care of our customers whether they're around the corner or across the country.
Where do most of our shipped orders go?
We ship everywhere, but our biggest out-of-state markets are:

- Georgia — Atlanta area
- North Carolina — Charlotte, Raleigh
- Michigan, Indiana, Pennsylvania — our Midwest neighbors

Is it the same deal as in-store?
Exactly the same. Same phones, same prices, same $50 down, same weekly payments, same no credit check. The only difference is you get your phone by mail instead of walking out of our store with it. Everything else is identical.
