If you're planning to visit BuyCell Cleveland in person, here's everything you need to know before you walk through the door — where we are, when we're open, how to find us, and what to bring so you can get approved on the spot.

Where we're located

Our store is at 6571 Pearl Rd, Parma Heights, OH 44130. We're right on Pearl Road, one of the main roads running through Parma Heights. If you're coming from Cleveland, take I-480 West to the Pearl Road exit and head south. You'll see us on the right side of the road.

If you're coming from Parma, Brookpark, or anywhere on the west side, you probably already know Pearl Road. We're easy to find — just plug the address into Google Maps or Apple Maps and it'll take you right to us.

Parking

We have a parking lot right in front of the store. You can pull right up — no parking meters, no garages, no walking three blocks. Just park and walk in.

Store hours

We're open Monday through Saturday. The best time to come in is during the morning or early afternoon — that's when we're least busy and can give you the most attention. If you're not sure whether we'll be open when you plan to visit, just give us a call at (440) 306-3486 before you head over.

What to bring for a lease application

If you're coming in to lease a phone, bring these three things and you can walk out with a phone the same day:

• A valid government-issued ID — driver's license, state ID, or passport. It needs to have your photo and current address.
• Proof of income — a recent pay stub, bank statement, or even your Cash App or Venmo history showing regular deposits. We just need to see that you have steady income coming in.
• $50 for your down payment — that's all you need to get started. We accept cash, card, Zelle, and Cash App.

That's it. No credit check, no SSN, no co-signer. The whole approval process takes about 5 minutes.

What to expect when you walk in

When you come in, just let us know what you're looking for. Whether you want to lease a phone, sell a phone, buy one outright, or get a repair — we'll walk you through it.

For lease customers, we'll look at your ID and proof of income, get you approved, and then help you pick a phone that fits your budget. We'll explain your weekly payment amount, when payments are due, and how long until the phone is fully yours. No surprises, no fine print.

If you're selling a phone, bring the device, a charger if you have one, and your ID. We'll inspect it and give you a cash offer on the spot.

Can't make it in person?

No problem. We ship to all 50 states. You can apply online, get approved, and have your phone shipped right to your door. Everything after that — payments, support, questions — is handled through our customer portal or by calling us directly.
